ReelsOn Australia Official Site
I created an account at ReelsOn Casino played games, used banking methods and claimed a few bonuses. This review is based on my personal experience with the casino and primarily focuses on Australian punters. At first glance, the operator is modern and offers plenty of games, such as pokies, tables, live crash and more. There’s no sports section, though. The welcome promo is A$4,500 plus 185 free spins on 2 pokies, with a 40x wagering requirement. Casino ReelsOn is mobile-friendly, has a PWA and accepts deposits of A$25 or more. Let’s see if this operator is right for you.

Is ReelsOn Online Casino a Legit Gambling Platform in Australia?
This casino is a safe and reputable operator that accepts punters from multiple countries, including Australia. Casino ReelsOn uses 256-bit SSL encryption, which protects user data while playing and offers games from reputable providers. Those titles were tested by eCOGRA and iTech Labs to ensure fairness. Casino also promotes responsible gambling. I found that self-exclusion and basic information about safe play and deposit limits is available. However, I was able to activate these only by contacting the support team.
Support and Feedback
Customer support is available via live chat and email. The support in chat is quite commandable, as they responded to my queries within 5 minutes on multiple occasions. The agents at Online Casino ReelsOn are well-trained and ordinarily they were capable of answering my questions to the point that I was satisfied with the response. On rare occasions, they might need more time to get more complex answers.
During testing, I had no complaints. But checking feedback from other players, I noticed that some have reported possible delays with withdrawals and that Skrill and Neteller are unavailable at ReelsOn Casino Australia for deposits.
Legality of the Casino ReelsOn Australia
The operator is legally available to punters in Australia aged 18 or older. It is available in all states and players must choose a state when making their first deposit. Only one account is allowed per punter and making multiple ones is against the ToS. In addition, the welcome offer at ReelsOn Online Casino can be triggered only once per IP address.
Signing up for an Account
To register an account, you can use the mobile app, a mobile version or a website. The process is more detailed than I initially expected, as it asks for personal details. For example, many other casinos require only email and password. To sign up at Casino Online ReelsOn follow this guide.
- Initiate: Tap the “Sign Up” button from the upper left section of the site.
- Create credentials: Share your valid email address and create an 8+ character password.
- Accept terms: Check the “18+ years” box and accept the terms and conditions.
- Enter data: Share your full name, date of birth and a telephone number.
- Share address: Type in the physical address within Australia.
An issue with Online ReelsOn Casino registration is the lack of automatic address input. I had to type in the exact street, zip code and number. Not a big deal, but something to be improved upon.
Banking Methods at Online Casino ReelsOn
Australian punters can use fiat and cryptocurrencies for deposits and cashing out. The cashier launched immediately after I created a profile at ReelsOn Australia and it does provide useful information. There were no fees on 4 of my withdrawals. Available methods are shown in the following table.
| Method | Type | Min Deposit | Max Withdrawal | Processing Time |
| Visa and MasterCard | Cards | A$25 | – | – |
| Skrill and Neteller | eWallets | – | A$6,000 | Instant |
| Bank Transfer | – | A$6,000 | Instant | |
| MiFinity | eWallet | A$25 | A$6,000 | Instant |
| PaysafeCard | Pre-paid | – | A$6,000 | Instant |
| Neosurf | Pre-paid/eWallet | A$25 | – | – |
| BTC, ETH, USDT, etc. | Crypto | 0.0004BTC or equivalent | A$6,000 | Instant |
Although ReelsOn Online Casino has no fees, fees may apply depending on the payment processor you use. In the case of cryptocurrencies, I had to cover the network fee. It depends on the coin and the transaction priority.
Pokies, Tables, Instant Win and Other Games
The casino offers over 5,000 titles across collections such as Pokies, Top titles and Tables. Casino Online ReelsOn also allows you to explore more specific subsections, such as High-RTP. These are pokies with a Return to Player of over 96%. Examples I find interesting are Monster Pop, Monkey 27 and Dim Sum Prize.
There is also a Bonus Buy collection with options such as Diamond of Jungle, Liberty Rush, Jelly Reels and hundreds more at the platform. In these, you can use your funds to purchase free spins or a similar incentive.
All the Pokies, Tables, Instant win and other games can be played for free. You do need an account to use this feature. It lets you chuck as many punts as you wish without using real money from the account. Casino ReelsOn gives you virtual credits that have no actual value except for having fun with a title.
Top Software Providers at ReelsOn Online Casino
There are over 60 brands on the site, each featured in a designated section.Popular examples include:

- Iconic21: One of the leaders in live games, offering Gravity Wheel, Andar Bahar and dozens more.
The only issue I had was the lack of Evolution Gaming. Hopefully, ReelsOn Casino will add their games any time soon.

Mobile Version and PWA
I used the app for 50% of the testing process and it works well. It’s a PWA and there is no in store version. The mobile version of the website is also available. To install ReelsOn Casino app, follow these steps.
- Load the site: Use Safari or Chrome on your smartphone.
- Install it: Tap the “install application” button from the left corner.
- Accept: Check the requirements and approve installation.

The app offers push notifications. In 2 weeks of testing, I got 3 different promos: free spins, a reload promo and a crypto incentive. ReelsOn Casino Australia periodically offers these. Just make sure to subscribe to receive the offers.
